Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Chippenham is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription medicines to patients in Chippenham and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in accordance with the standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council.

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria or who provides false or misleading information. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information submitted is accurate and up to date.
All prescription medicines supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by a qualified prescriber. Our prescribing pharmacist will review your health questionnaire and medical history before any prescription is issued or approved.
Approval is not guaranteed. If our pharmacist determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, we will notify you and you will not be charged for any prescription service. We may request additional information or recommend that you consult your GP.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for personal use only and must not be shared with any other person.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for any prescription item that is subsequently declined by our pharmacist. Refunds for declined prescriptions will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via Royal Mail or an equivalent tracked courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery addresses must be within the United Kingdom. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, as medicines cannot be returned or resold under UK pharmacy regulations.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
